We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate data and obtaining rights/licenses for all supplied content, images, or materials.
Clients must maintain confidentiality for any technical/product/business information shared by Damerax.
Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data and ensuring the security of their login credentials.
Damerax follows industry-standard security practices to protect client data on our platforms.
Personal and business data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
Cloud hosting complies with MSME security guidelines, with data stored securely—location and privacy as per Indian and international regulations.
ADA Compliance: We specialize in creating ADA-compliant websites and provide management and audit certificates, with legal partnerships for assistance to protect clients from accessibility-related lawsuits.
Fees and service charges are as per written contracts or published plans.
MSME discounts, Government subsidies, or special payment terms are available as per applicable local or central schemes and agreements.
Payment must be completed as stated in the client agreement; delays may result in interruption of service.
Performance-Based Models: We offer performance-based Google Ads, with no charge if agreed numbers are not achieved.
Damerax provides support and maintenance as per service level agreements (SLA) defined in contracts or publicly available documentation.
Maximum permitted downtime, support hours, and escalation procedures are in accordance with industry norms and MSME guidelines.
We offer free web hosting services as part of our comprehensive solutions for clients.
Damerax is not liable for unforeseen losses, indirect damages, or data loss arising from software, hosting, or third-party integrations.
Clients must back up their data regularly and maintain necessary insurance and risk mitigation.
Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the service in question.
Either party may terminate services per contract terms. Pre-paid fees for unused service periods may be refundable according to plan or agreement.
Termination requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed according to the terms outlined in the service agreement.
Damerax Cloud Solutions complies with MSME guidelines and Indian law.
Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
We adhere to all applicable data protection regulations, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
